Paul Nyfenger, President and CEO offers his 19 years of experience and problem solving abilities to ensure the successful and timely completion of each project and the satisfaction of every client. Paul Nyfenger: President and CEO, GT Marketing, Ltd.

Tommy Caplinger: Vice President, Production:

On the day that Paul Nyfenger married Kim Caplinger,  he did not imagine a future in which he would be building and operating his own successful direct mail house - or that his new brother in-law, Tommy Caplinger,  would play such an important role in its success. For almost six years now, Tommy has been the person at GT who looks at what a client needs to accomplish with us and comes up with a comprehensive production plan.  He uses his extensive understanding of industry standard equipment and printing capabilities, along with his thorough knowledge of USPS regulations to streamline the production of mail pieces.  He helps our clients design their mail pieces to take full advantage of our equipment, and of various mailing and shipping practices in order to ensure the most cost effective, least time consuming, and best visual presentation of their message.  The bottom line is that when he is the architect of your production plan he saves you time, money and aggravation. Jean E. Wilkins: CFO

A short time ago Paul reached out to his lifelong friend, Jean E. Wilkins, to gain her valuable perspective about how to best incorporate some new accounting procedures.  In typical Paul fashion, Jean came for a short chat and is now the newest member of the GT Marketing, Ltd. team.  With a background in accounting, Jean brings with her twenty years of experience gained during her time as Controller for Weyerhaeuser Corporate, where she oversaw a staff of 150+ employees and was a valued asset.  That relationship was never severed, even when the facility burned down in 2008.  Jean continued her dedicated role in the company as she rolled up her sleeves and sadly helped them put their final affairs in order.  Our sympathies lay with all those whose lives were affected by the tragic happening.  They say that from the ashes of disaster grow the roses of success.  For our part, we can only be grateful that Jean was available to join us here at GT, where she keeps our offices running as smoothly for us as our production line does for our clients.  Jean also serves as the initial point of contact for our clients, greeting callers with a smile you can almost see through the phone.  Call her today to discuss your free Customized Cost Estimate.

Jason Prashad: Systems Administrator, Information Technology

Jason has over 15 years of experience dealing with computer hardware, IT infrastructure, database management, postal software, and custom web-based program development.
Paul and Jason had worked together at another medical marketing firm as colleagues, and when Paul eventually left the firm to start GT, the two lost touch for a few years.  By happenstance, one day the two ran into each other at the local Staples, and they both realized that everything happens for a reason, and their chance meeting was the foundation for GT to rise to a new level.

Jason has revamped the way we do business across the board.  His vast knowledge and cross-training in the various aspects of our services have not only streamlined our internal processes, but they have combined to create solutions that have far exceeded the expectations of our clients.  From designing a custom fulfillment website, to doing a merge/purge and postal presort, to coding an HTML document, Jason can do it all.

Jennifer Schlesinger: Vice President, Sales

Many years ago GT Marketing catered to just a handful of clients and was run out of Paul’s garage.  Jennifer was the first and only employee who stood in the freezing cold to work with Paul’s first machine, a hand-fed paper folder.  All these years later GT has grown into a successful, full-service direct mail and fulfillment house, and Jennifer now works in the warmth of her own office.  She serves as the initial point of contact for our clients, and is responsible for conveying the many benefits of working with GT Marketing to prospective clients.  She brings with her a diversified background in sales and marketing, and a true understanding of the important role that effective communication plays in the successful building of lasting business relationships.
