OUR MANAGEMENT STAFF:
Paul is always proud to tell people how he started GT Marketing in the garage of his home here in Closter New Jersey, almost 14 years ago. To understand why he marvels at such humble beginnings is to know just how far he has actually come. Now he can boast of thousands of successful projects completed, hundreds of long term business relationships forged with satisfied clients, and a staff of highly qualified people who are truly invested in the success of GT. That unheated garage has been replaced by a 15,000 square foot facility that provides production capacity and is home to hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of industry standard equipment. It is no wonder that Paul looks back in amazement at the early days of his incorporation and the vision of his one employee (who is still with him) standing in the cold of his garage working his sole piece of equipment; an old, hand fed folding machine (also still with him…though retired). This journey has left him with so many unique qualities, qualifications and abilities in the world of direct marketing that we here at GT, his staff, truly believe your next project is best off in his capable hands and in our ability to back them up. Contact Paul today for a free Customized Cost Estimate and experience the personal attention of a small business owner who has all the advantages of a large print, mail and fulfillment shop.
On the day that Paul Nyfenger married Kim Caplinger, he did not imagine a future in which he would be building and operating his own successful direct mail house - or that his new brother in-law, Tommy Caplinger, would play such an important role in its success. For almost six years now, Tommy has been the person at GT who looks at what a client needs to accomplish with us and comes up with a comprehensive production plan. He uses his extensive understanding of industry standard equipment and printing capabilities, along with his thorough knowledge of USPS regulations to streamline the production of mail pieces. He helps our clients design their mail pieces to take full advantage of our equipment, and of various mailing and shipping practices in order to ensure the most cost effective, least time consuming, and best visual presentation of their message. The bottom line is that when he is the architect of your production plan he saves you time, money and aggravation. Contact us today for a free Customized Cost Estimate and let Tommy build you the production plan that works best for your next project.
After her stint as a professional ballerina with the New York City Ballet, raising GT’s founder and CEO, Paul Nyfenger (and his sister), and spending many years working in management, sales, and marketing, Penny joined the staff here at GT in 2000. She brings the personal discipline developed during her dance years, the organizational skills of a successful mother, and the professional experience of her marketing and administrative background to help our office run smoothly. As our primary customer and vendor liaison, she keeps our clients in touch with various aspects of their projects and provides us the support we need to do our jobs effectively. Penny is often “the voice of GT”; greeting callers with a smile you can almost see through the phone. Call her today to discuss your free Customized Cost Estimate.
Fifteen years ago, before GT Marketing existed, Paul and Jason worked together at another Medical Marketing firm. The early success of GT allowed Paul to leave that other firm and focus all his attention on the rapid growth of his own company. Many years later Paul was shopping for office supplies in a Staples and ran into his old colleague. Jason was no longer with that other firm and had been free-lancing for many years. Paul let him know about the growth and success of GT and, remembering Jason’s talent in all things IT, asked him to come on board to develop systems to better serve GT clients. Four years later Jason is still with us and has implemented so many crucial programs that help GT stand out in our industry. Jason has reorganized the way we share information in our office and with our clients. He keeps us in step with all aspects of new technologies and how we can apply them to increase effectiveness, simplify production, and creatively meet the needs of our clients. He has custom designed many web-based programs to help our clients track and share their projects in ways that work best for their corporate set up. His careful manipulation of lists and ability to extract the most useful information from them allows us to boast that we can buy and/or create the most effective list for our client’s use. Call today for a free Customized Cost Estimate and let Jay’s talents make a difference in the impact of your next job.
Years ago GT Marketing catered to just a handful of clients and was run out of Paul’s garage. Jennifer was the first and only employee who stood in the freezing cold working Paul’s hand-fed folding machine. All these years later GT has grown into a successful, full service direct mail and fulfillment house and Jennifer now works in the warmth of her own office. She serves as the initial point of contact for our clients and is responsible for conveying the many benefits of working with GT Marketing to prospective clients. She brings with her a diversified background in sales and marketing and a true understanding of the important role that effective communication plays in the successful building of lasting business relationships. Call her today to discuss the GT difference, or to get your free Customized Cost Estimate.
